\u201cPersonal Information\u201d refers to information defined under the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Purpose of Use
The Company collects personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and device information. Data may be received directly, online, verbally, or from business partners.\u2028 Personal Information is used for the following:
(1) When collected directly (including through websites or email)<\/p>

  • To provide and manage services.<\/li>
  • To send important notifications, billing information, product shipments, and aftersales support.<\/li>
  • To manage memberships and authenticate users.<\/li>
  • For marketing activities, surveys, campaigns, and service development.<\/li>
  • For contract execution, customer support, and business communications.<\/li>

        3. Outsourcing
        The Company may entrust personal information to subcontractors as necessary, with appropriate supervision and contractual obligations to ensure proper handling.

        4. Provision to Third Parties
        Personal Information will not be disclosed to third parties except:<\/p>

        • When consent is obtained.<\/li>
        • When required by law.<\/li>
        • When necessary to protect life, body, or property.<\/li>
        • For public health or child development needs.<\/li>

        • For cashless payments, where card information may be transferred overseas depending on the issuing company.<\/li><\/ul>

              • A fee of 2,000 yen per request applies (plus postage).<\/li>
              • Identity verification (ID documents) is required; agents must provide authorization documents.<\/li><\/ul>

                For cashless payments, the Company cannot identify foreign card issuers; therefore, certain disclosure items (such as the country\u2019s privacy system) cannot be provided.
