At Butterfly Utopia, we take great care in packaging and inspecting every specimen to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. However, if an issue arises, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or refunds are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been altered, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Please email us at butterflyutopia@hotmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order once approved.
